On 17 August, 11’, Energypac Power Generation Ltd. has signed for Post Issue Management Agreement with Satcom IT Ltd. Mr. Humayun Rashid, CEO & Corporate Director, EPGL & Swadesh Ranjan Saha FCA, FCS, Vice Chairman on behalf of Energypac & Satcom respectively signed the agreement. There were present, Mr.Rezwanul Kabeer, Director, Energypac Power Generation Ltd., Mr.Mukul Bose, Chairman, Satcom IT Ltd., Md.Farid Uddin Chowdhury, Director, Satcom IT Ltd., Mr.Rubayet-E-Ferdous, Assistant General Manager, Merchant Banking Division and other top officials of the organizations.
